Executive Director
Mr. Rajdev established APM Capital with a vision to redefine financial services by offering highly advanced and sophisticated technological solutions to our esteemed clients to ensure optimum latency, absolute transparency, and excellent customer care. In fact, he will personally do his best to ascertain that the operations carried out within APM Capital are in accordance with the highest standards and exercise his rights to protect the interests and trust of our valued clients.
Disha Rajdev
Co-Founder
Disha co-founded APM Capital with the vision of providing their clients easy, fast, and uncomplicated access to the global financial markets. She is the pillar of APM Capital Limited with an impeccable track record of working and escalating the team by having a work-friendly environment. She has studied Econometrics and Quantitative Economics at Northeastern University in Boston. She is focused on building a smart and secure organization ensuring that along with the clients, the employees of the company also grow.
Nicholas Spencer-Skeen
Senior Executive Officer
Nick has been part of the financial services community for over 35 years, predominately within the FX and Derivatives communities. Nick became a member of the Futures Industry Clearing Committee and the London Clearing House (LCH) user committee. Over a 30-year period, Nick built the operations for 3 major global institutions in the derivative and FX markets as well spending 2 years as a director at a major software house servicing the same industry. Nick has now embraced the new challenge of leaving London to join APM Capital Limited and contribute his knowledge to the firms growth.
Brijesh Shah
Chief Financial Officer
A Qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant, Diploma Holder of Business Finance and a seasoned Corporate Professional with 15+ years of experience. He has handled senior positions with Regulated Firms based in UAE in several departments including Finance, Compliance/AML, Market Operations, Regulatory Reporting, Investment Bank, Dealer, Trade Strategies and Tax Planning.
He is committed to the company’s vision & realizable goals and thereby make’s a valuable mark on the company’s growth.
Marc Pussard
Head of Risk
Marc is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Certified Enterprise Risk Manager, and Trader with 20+ years' financial markets experience. A Market and Operational Risk professional, with extensive experience in global Currencies, Equities, Commodities, Bonds, Derivatives, and Cryptocurrencies from both a proprietary and hedging perspective. K Economics honors graduate with a genuine passion for financial markets.
Amro Jaber
Head of IT
Amro is our Head of IT, who is a FinTech professional with over 8 years of experience in core Business Technology Solutions for Financial institutions. Having worked for leading FinTech companies, he has an in-depth knowledge and expertise in all top leading trading platforms, connectivity & hosting, bridging and aggregation technology, AI & ML and WealthTech and Robo-advisory. Amro is a globally Certified FinTech Practitioner by the London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF).
Mariia Hendricks
Front Office Assistant
Mariia is our Front Office Assistant. She was living in Europe for 9 years, obtained bachelor’s and master’s degrees in International Business, and was working at one of the largest custodian banks providing first-class service to financial institutions. Mariia has the Professional Certificate in International Investment Fund Services. She recently moved to UAE to continue her career development path.
Hitakshi Vyas
Compliance Analyst
Hitakshi is new in the world of financial services. She has completed her masters along with the Foundational level for CISI and the DIFC Rules and Regulations while aiming to pursue the other levels as well. Along with being a part of the Compliance Team at APM Capital Limited, she is DELF B2 certified in French language and can speak 5 different languages. She aims to keep learning throughout the journey, making a significant contribution to her field of work and thereby making the company grow.
