What proof of identification is required?
Passport, emirates ID, driver’s license, or any national ID.
What proof of address is required?
Utility bill/telephone bill/bank statement not older than 3 months (must contain your residential address). Ejari can be accepted for UAE residents.
How long it takes to verify my documents?
Our average turnaround time to verify the documents we receive is between 0-3 business days. Once your documents have been verified, we will send over a confirmation email.
What happens if I don’t have a utility bill in my name?
You can provide a recent bank statement dated within the last 3 months that reflects your address. Alternatively, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.

Do I need to send my documents to open an account?

What are swaps, where can I see the rates?
It is the cost of carrying over a trading position from the current day to the next one. To check the rates, go to your trading platform, right-click on the symbol, and specification.
How do I change my account details? Such as account type, leverage, etc.
For any account-related changes please send an email from your registered email id to email@example.com along with your trading account number and the required change.
I have lost, and forgotten my password, what do I do?
You can change your password from your secured client portal by clicking on forget my password. Alternatively, you may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org

Do you accept US clients?
No, APM Capital does not accept US Clients for CFD’s trading.
Is my money safe? Where are my funds kept?
All client funds are kept in segregated bank accounts with top-tier banks with restricted access. Account currencies are available in AED USD, Euro & GBP. All non-USD currencies will be converted to our base currency (USD) with the best available exchange rate available on the day of conversion.

Yes, you can provide KYC (Know Your Customer) documents for all account holders.

What is the minimum deposit amount?
We have no minimum deposit policy.
How can I deposit?
Simply log in to your secured client portal and select the 'Funds' tab. Click on the 'Deposit' tab, mention the amount and upload the bank statement.
How do I withdraw funds?
Simply log in to your secured client portal and select the 'Funds' tab. Click on the 'Withdraw' tab to find all withdrawal options. You need to confirm the withdrawal request by clicking 'Proceed' the confirmation code will be sent to your email.
Deposited funds must be returned to the original funding source.
Can I withdraw If I have open positions?
Yes, internal checks will be carried out by the accounting department before processing each withdrawal request.
What is the processing time for a bank wire deposit?
Bank Wires normally take 1-3 business days depending on the intermediary bank.
Can I fund my account with a personal or business cheque?
No, we do not accept personal or business cheques.
Why is the amount posted in my account less than the amount I wired?
Your deposit may be reduced by a service fee charged by your bank.
If my trading account displays a zero balance will my account be closed?
Your account will remain active for 20 days. In order to reactive your account, please send a request to email@example.com
Is there a fee for deposits and withdrawals?
APM Capital doesn’t charge any fees for either deposits or withdrawals.
